DIRECTIONS:

BRAVENLY FIT FUEL: Mix 2 scoops in your choice of water, milk, juice, or alternate. Mix until completely dissolved.

BALANCE: Mix 1 scoop into an 8oz glass of water, favorite juice or smoothie, blend well, enjoy!

GOLD:
Powder: 1 scoop to hot water, or any type of milk. Mix until dissolved.

Capsules: Take 2 capsules every day with water. Do not exceed 4 capsules a day.

KIDS MIGHTY MIX: For children 4 and up. Mix 1-2 scoops a day.

RESET: Take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening with at least 8oz of water.
